"Blessed be the Name"
ברוך השם
He is so good to us, we choose to say "Baruch HaShem!" Even when life is challenging, we still say, "Baruch HaShem!" because He is with us.
For those who are not familiar with the phrase, it's a common Jewish practice to not use the names of G-d in casual conversation or outside of a worship setting. Even when not speaking Hebrew, some will call Him HaShem (השם), which is Hebrew for "the Name" (cf. Leviticus 24:11 and Deuteronomy 28:58).
